Order confirmation
No online payment is collected. We will contact you to arrange payment and confirm your order. Inventory is reserved when your order is placed.
Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. A flat $6.95 shipping fee applies to each order and your final total is shown before you place it. Tracking details appear in your account when available.
Changes and cancellations
If your order is still awaiting confirmation, reply when our team contacts you to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, keep the packaging and contact us through the same order-confirmation channel. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
